Let me tell you about myself.

My Story

Sarah McGinnis-Chapman Certified Women’s Health Coach

When I was expecting my first child, I immersed myself in exploring all the health and lifestyle practices that could ensure optimal nourishment for both myself and my baby. Little did I anticipate the profound challenges of motherhood, particularly while juggling work responsibilities and transitioning to a new career. The shock of discovering the scarcity of holistic resources and support for postpartum mothers in caring for their bodies and minds was eye-opening. After each pregnancy and subsequent postpartum recovery, I felt compelled to bridge these gaps.

This drive led me to pursue a career as a Women’s Health Coach, specializing in supporting mothers and mothers-to-be as they navigate the complexities of life. I intimately understand the stress, isolation, and pressure of motherhood. Additionally, I recognize the difficulty of maintaining a healthy balance between personal well-being and the demands of work and family life. My passion lies in empowering mothers to take ownership of their health and life journey, enabling them to embody the vision of motherhood they aspire to with purpose and intention, without sacrificing their connection to family, love, and well-being.

Certified by both the Integrative Institute of Nutrition and the Integrative Women’s Health Institute as a Holistic Health Coach and Certified Women’s Health Coach respectively, I bring a comprehensive and specialized approach to my practice. Alongside my supportive husband and three resilient children, I lead by example in prioritizing health and self-care. Beyond my professional pursuits, I find joy in cooking, hiking, and reading.

As I continue on my lifelong journey of nourishing my mind, body, and soul, I invite you to embark on your own unique health journey with me as your dedicated guide.

"The moment a child is born, the mother is also born. She never existed before. The woman existed, but the mother, never. A mother is something absolutely new."
